Although the gender dyrtrophies are identified as on entity for the last 30 years, it is not possible to distinguish the problem from transsexualizm and travestitizm. In the last years there is an increase in the problem. The patients who need help for the problem must be assesed for the medical, etnical, psychosociol and legal issues. On this case report we analyzed a patient who attended our endocrinology department for transsexualizm.
