Löfgren's Syndrome is the early phase of acute sarcoidosis that is characterized by erythema nodosum and bilateral enlargement of the mediastinal lymph nodes together with hypergy or anergy in the intracutaneous tuberculin test. A 45 year old woman with erythematous, hot, tender nodules on the upper and lower extremities, swelling of both ankles, bilateral hilar lympadenopathy, bilateral panuveitis, anergy in the tuberculin test, elevation in the serum levels of amilase, lipase, angiotensin converting enzyme and calcium is presented.
